Relationship Therapy

If you feel more like friends than lovers, or if conflict leaves you walking on eggshells, relationship therapy can help. It’s a place to untangle old dynamics, rebuild trust, and reconnect — whether that’s through deeper communication, navigating conflict, rekindling intimacy, or finding your way with non-monogamy.

Sex Therapy

If sex feels like a struggle, a source of shame, or simply absent from your life, sex therapy offers a space to talk openly about what many find hardest to voice. Whether it’s painful sex, lack of desire, performance worries, exploring kink, or expanding what intimacy means, you’ll be met with openness and no judgement. Nothing is taboo here.

Psychotherapy

If you find yourself repeating the same patterns in love or life, psychotherapy helps you understand the deeper story underneath. Together we’ll explore how your past shapes your present, and uncover new ways of relating to yourself and others. It’s a space for healing, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Relationship Intensives

I co-facilitate Relationship Intensives of 1 - 4 days with my colleague, Tiga-Rose Nercessian. Our Intensives are for couples who find themselves at a critical juncture—whether navigating the aftermath of an infidelity, a chronic "dead bedroom" dynamic, or a systemic breakdown in communication. When you're in crisis, 50-minutes, once a week, is just not enough.

Looking for a more playful way to (re)discover your authentic sexual self?

The Erotic Playground is a unique coaching programme, offered both online and in-person in London. In the Erotic Playground, you will explore, discover and redefine your erotic and sexual self, guided and supported by experts with lived and professional experience, Di and her friend and colleague, Tiga-Rose Nercessian.

They will take you on a journey through exploration, discovery, play and fantasy, to create an erotic vision for the future you desire. By the end of the programme, you will feel exhilarated and excited, ripe and ready to luxuriate in your own Erotic Playground.

How we work together

Whether you come alone, or with a partner or partners, therapy is your space to be completely honest about your feelings, your desires, your fears and struggles; without pressure or judgement.

Conventional boxes don’t work for everyone. And they definitely don’t work for me, either. In our sessions, nothing is off-limits. You can show up as your full, unedited self.

I bring together psychosexual and relationship psychotherapy with intimacy coaching.

That means we don’t just talk about problems in theory — we get practical and explore what intimacy and desire really mean for you.

What can you expect?

Imagine this...

Imagine waking up feeling freer in your heart, mind and body.

You can move through life with greater acceptance of yourself.

Conversations with your partner(s) feel more open and accepting, and intimacy no longer carries the same pressure or dread. When challenges arise, you have tools to navigate them without spiralling.

Most of all, you are at home in yourself, with the courage to be exactly who you are. In love, in sex and in life.

The Therapy Journey

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I want you to know what to expect. My process is simple, flexible, and always shaped around you.

1

Free Discovery Chat

A chance to meet, ask questions, and get a feel for my approach. You’ll share a little about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to work on. We’ll see if we’re a good fit.

2

Assessment

We take a deeper look at your story. Together we’ll explore what’s going on in your life, your relationships, and your hopes for therapy. These initial sessions also give me a sense of how I can best support you.

3

Ongoing Therapy

We meet weekly or fortnightly for sessions tailored to your needs and goals. This is where we do the deeper work: exploring patterns, building relationships, and creating space for growth and change.

I found my time in therapy with Di so useful and such a relief. I reached out in crisis and Di brought me great insights, reassurance and also careful challenge. What I appreciated the most were her refreshing perspectives on how relationships can be different from the norm - and how that might not be the issue causing distress. She helped me see the unhelpful patterns I had got caught in. She was skilful, thoughtful and kind in working through how I could learn from my experience and have greater insights in my future relationships. I often think of our conversations years later, which I think shows how important they were for me.
