Supervision for Therapists
A collaborative space to grow, learn and ensure the people we serve receive the very best care.

Who am I as a Supervisor?
As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I support both trainee and qualified therapists across many skillsets, in the UK and internationally.
I specialise in Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy and am a COSRT Registered Supervisor.

I support therapists across all skillsets, but I have a special expertise in supervision for progressive therapists whose clients are exploring Gender, Sex, Erotic and Relationship Diversity (GSERD) - including sexual identity, gender identity and transition, BDSM and kink, polyamory, non-monogamy, as well as mixed-heritage, intercultural, or interfaith relationships.
Why choose me as your clinical supervisor ?
Now let's cut to what you really need to know. Why would you choose me?
For me, supervision isn’t just a professional requirement – it’s a relationship. It's one of the most rewarding parts of my work and I bring my all to the table, both personally and professionally.

What that means is I am fully in it with you, I won't hold back. I'm here for the highs, the lows, and everything in between. I see your edge and I'll guide and challenge you to become the very best therapist you can be.

If you're looking for a supervisor who brings their whole self to the party, I'd love to hear from you.

Having Di as my supervisor has been one of the most formative experiences of my career as a psychosexual therapist. She guides, encourages and challenges me. Di is generous with her resources and genuinely cares for both my clients’ wellbeing and my own.
I could not have dreamed of a better supervisor.

For Trainee Therapists
Clinical supervision is an integral part of your training. When we work together, I hold responsibility to you and your clients, and also to your training provider.

My role is to support both your personal and professional development as you build competence, confidence and creativity. I use the Integrated Developmental Model of Supervision as a framework:

✦ Level 1 – Starting out: High motivation, often with anxiety. My role is to offer encouragement and constructive feedback as you find your feet.

✦ Level 2 – Growing: Confidence may ebb and flow depending on client work. My supervision becomes a grounding place to explore your experiences.

✦ Level 3 – Nearing qualification: More confidence, balanced empathy with objectivity, and deeper integration of your own thoughts and feelings. Here, my supervision focuses on refining your skills and preparing for independent practice.
Supervision for Trainee Therapists starts at £60

For Qualified Therapists
Supervision is a lifelong companion to your practice. It’s where you:

✦ Stay grounded in your therapeutic process
✦ Maintain ethical and professional boundaries
✦ Develop knowledge, both theoretical and practical
✦ Attend to your own self-care

Depending on your needs, my role may shift:

✦ Teacher – sharing knowledge or direction
✦ Counsellor – helping identify blind spots or countertransference
✦ Consultant – offering guidance and perspective on complex cases
Supervision for Qualified Therapists starts at £70
Di was a warm and supportive mentor through my education and my time as a new therapist. She taught me invaluable skills for working with clients, provided an open and judgment free space for me to talk about my fears and insecurities, and guided me to find my own answers to my difficult questions, without providing them for me. I am incredibly grateful to have benefited from her mentorship!
